What is Energy Psychology?

How would you like to have a tool which you could monitor your body’s actions and how it was processing the way you feel at all times?  There is a method to find which file folder in the data base holds the information we are searching for.  Energy Psychology is the method.   You have this tool built into your body/minds operating system at your service all the time.  It is described as Kinesiology or muscle testing.

The interpretation or description of psychology is understanding the actions, attitudes and/or behavior of a person and how he/she is interfacing with his/her life. Conventional psychological practices are only marginally successful in getting down to the cause of dysfunctional behavior because we very seldom can recall or understand the situation and the actions we have taken due to the trauma or distress we were under at the time. Most of the time we are not aware how, where or what was filled in our mind.

When you master the Energy Psychology system you can control your behavior and response to any situation which is presented to you.  You can use the energy of your body and mind to ask any question once you learn how to use the system.  There are two forms you can use to ask the questions.  One is a direct form using your fingers if you are working it yourself or a pendulum which is described as dowsing an indirect form which will provide the same answers once you learn how to use it.  The second form requires a practitioner or someone who is skilled at Kinesiology to ask questions using your arm as the signaling device.  Energy Psychology is a method to ask questions about anything which is in your Subconscious minds data base or actually anything you would like to ask questions about that your mind can tune into. There really is no limitation as to what you can access with Energy Psychology.

Based on this description of what Energy Psychology is how is it used? With Energy Psychology all we have to do is ask our Subconscious what the situation was and how we reacted to the situation and what our behavior was at the time of the incident. We must know how ask the right questions to get accurate proper answers.  Now we have the core issue and base cause plus the actions we have taken in relation to information which has been recorded in the Subconscious Minds data base in the past.  We are accessing the records our mind has recorded with Kinesiology (muscle testing).

Freedom from stress under all situations, is it possible?

There is stress all around us all the time so most people would say no. In my view I would say that it is possible because I reached the point where I can function stress free. I have been through some extremely stressful situations where I did not react at all. In the past I would find myself getting agitated and angry over situations I could not control. I have come to a point where nothing seems to rattle me any more. I finally have arrived at a stress free life. You can too, if you follow along these articles on stress.

In working with many clients who seem to get through stressful situations very well, I have discovered the key to becoming stress free under all circumstances. I knew I was able to accomplish this task myself and was wondering if I could help others do the same. I was not willing to make a claim you could become stress free at all times unless I could document the claim by having other people do it too. What I wanted to see was average people overcoming stress and succeeding in their lives and careers.

There are many examples with famous people in the sports world such a Tiger woods who seems to be unshakable in the golf world. Many people would not see Donald Trump in this category yet he is never down even when he is financially in trouble. He always recovers because he knows he will. The key here is” he knows he will”. He has no doubts or skepticism. He does not let fear enter his world.

When I discovered stress was caused by overwhelm it explained many problems. It can put stops to anything we are trying to accomplish. If you navigate through your day without letting stress knock you down you have passed through gate one to stress freedom. If you can confront the tigers and dragons in your life and not let them run you down or cause fear you have made it through gate two. Most people see theoretical or virtual dragons and tigers in their life when they really do not exist. It can also be boulders and limitations you put in your path which you don’t think you can get around. It is only fear and loss of control which causes them to rise and block your path. It is self doubt and skepticism which will block us too. The key here is being able to take risks and know the outcome will be positive. There are hidden dragons around every corner unless we know that we can take on the dragons and not get hurt.

Your Life Is Functioning In One Of These four Basic Patterns:
1.The fire of desire, intention, inspiration, enthusiasm, passion and commitment is driving your life with energy and purpose. You know you are on the path to success; stress will not have any effects on you.
2. You are on fire all right, no direction spinning your wheels and burning out, looking for the path.
3. Your fire is on auto pilot low power existing with no focus or purpose. Life is a struggle.
4. Your fire has burned out, retreating in survival or fear of failure. Life is a continual battle.

We operate from energy. Positive high energy builds us up, whereas negative emotions, feelings and attitudes eat up our energy and cause us to burn out. We must have all the energy producers in our life working at a high level of performance or we will burn and flame out. How do we fan and ignite the fire under our desire to get started over if we are burning out? We must have high energy which is three dimensional coming from three different levels in our life. Physical is controlled by diet, exercise and the ability to sleep deeply. Mental/psychological is controlled by our attitudes, beliefs, concepts and interpretations we hold. Spiritual which is our connection to a higher source of being.

When we evaluate where we are functioning from we can see we must have control over our personal power and we must put fire under our desire, drive, intention and discipline to know we can follow through. You can succeed with the above programs in place without many challenges to your success. To guarantee total success there are keys most of us do not have. Without these keys burnout and melt down can happen. These keys are self esteem, self worth and self confidence and unconditional love with the eight qualities which it contains. Very few of us received these keys from our parents. The main cause was they did not know what they were. They did not get them from their parents so they could not provide for us. What they handed down to us was a dysfunctional parenting program which was control, authority, manipulation and compliance. This program does not work and has never worked. You can see a major difference in children’s behavior when you begin working with eight qualities of unconditional love which are acceptance, approval, recognition, validation, acknowledgment, forgiveness, respect and trust. If you do not have these qualities installed in your mind you can not operate from them. In the process of growing up as a child we did not receive unconditional love which blocked our self esteem, shelf worth and self confidence. To recover these qualities all you have to do is take your power back and take control of your life. It may seem easy, and yes it is, but there is a catch. It must be done in a particular manner to get it to work. If you have a desire to achieve freedom from stress, reclaim your personal power, take control over your life and take responsibility we can provide the method and the tools to do it. Stress Management

What is stress?

Stress is difficult for scientists to define because it is a subjective sensation associated with varied symptoms that differ for each of us.  Many scientists see stress as a reaction to events in our life which cause a reaction in our body. Stress is an emotional physiological reaction which everyone experiences as he or she encounters changes in life.  Sudden changes in our environment will cause our body to set up our flight or fight mechanism to protect us from the perceived danger.. They can have positive or negative effects.  Stress can make you deal with a situations you may be procrastinating about and therefor force you to take notice of the challenges or impending crisis which may cause conflicts. The negative effects when you allow the issue to become continuos or get you down can cause depression, heart disease or even cancer.  When we can’t deal with an issue we unconsciously look for way out of the crisis.  Avoid the issue does not make it go away.  All it does is delay the consequences.

Time magazine’s June 6, 1983 cover story described stress as  “The Epidemic of the Eighties” and referred to it as our leading health problem; there can be little doubt that the situation has progressively worsened since then. Recent surveys confirm that adult Americans perceive they are under much more stress than a decade or two ago.  A 1996 Prevention magazine survey found that almost 75% feel they have “great stress” one day a week with one out of three indicating they feel this way more than twice a week. In the same 1983 survey only 55% said they felt under great stress on a weekly basis. It has been estimated that 75 – 90 percent of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress related problems. Job Stress is far and away the leading source of stress for adults but stress levels have also escalated in children, teenagers, college students and the elderly for other reasons, including:  increased crime, violence and other threats to personal safety; pernicious peer pressures that lead to substance abuse and other unhealthy life style habits; social isolation and loneliness; the erosion of family and religious values and ties; the loss of other strong sources of social support that are powerful stress busters.

Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the demands of life. But when you’re unable to cope well with the stress in your life, your mind and body may pay the price.

The stress from today’s financial crisis with home repos, the stock market crash, the high level of unemployment, the wars around the world, dishonest on Wall Street and the banks plus the possibility of higher taxes can really add to the stress coming at us.

The physical reaction is to increase our heart rate and begins to dump adrenaline into our blood stream in readiness for the need to act or deal with the stressor. Since our mind interprets all sensory input literally the perceived effect may not always be a synonym for distress. Situations like a steep roller coaster ride that causes fear and anxiety for some can prove highly pleasurable for others. Winning a race or being invited to speak at a conference could cause as much stress as a negative experience.  Stress is an unavoidable consequence of life. There are some stresses like the loss of  parent, partner,  friend or loss of a job or position that you can’t control or avoid and others that you can prevent or influence. The trick is in learning how to distinguish between the two so that you’re not constantly frustrated like Don Quixote tilting at windmills and devote your time and talent to areas where you can make a difference. Try to follow the advice in Reinhold Niebuhr’s, serenity prayer, “Grant me the courage to change the things I can change, the serenity to accept the things I can’t change, and the wisdom to know the difference.”  When we learn to understand and cope with loss we no longer experience grieving over a loss.  What IS — IS  it is in the past. There isn’t anything we can do about the past.  There is something we can do about our situation in the present. How do we cope with it all?

Life On Fire Or Burning Out

Your Life Is Functioning In One These Three Basic Patterns:
1. The fire of desire, inspiration, enthusiasm, and passion is driving your life with energy and purpose.
2. You are on fire all right, spinning your wheels and burning out.
3. You are flaming out in survival and pulling back in fear of failure.

We operate from energy. Positive high energy builds us up, whereas negative emotions, feelings and attitudes eat up our energy and cause us to burn out. We must have all the energy producers in our life working at a high level or we will burn and flame out.  How do we fan and ignite the fire under our desire to get started over if we are burning out?  You must have high energy which is three dimensional coming from three different levels in your life.  Physical, which controlled by diet, exercise the ability to sleep deeply.   Mental, which controlled by your attitudes, beliefs, concepts and interpretations you hold.  Spiritual, which is your connection to a higher source of being.

Some people operate out of high positive energy ready to take on any challenge.  Most people operate out of low negative energy feeling dragged out. How do you fuel your energy?  Do you get up in the morning with high energy rested and ready to go or feeling tired and dragged out.
When performing at peak performance people who have high energy operate from optimism, intention, desire, inspiration, enthusiasm and passion to meet their commitments and goals.   Fear driven people operate from defense against a threat which they perceive is going to happen, so they live in survival.  They lose contact with their end goal because FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real.  They create their own realities by the way they think.

The major challenge is to set the desire and focus on our intention.  Once we get this lined up we have to make a commitment and discipline ourselves to follow through.  We will never reach the goal if we allow ourselves to make excuses and let ourselves fall into procrastination then justify why we are not on track. We can fight against it if we know how to succeed at the task we are working in.   Anger, frustration, resentment and fear will drag us down eventually.

Mental energy can get blocked and slowed down by not focusing on your goals.  Many people get caught in misinterpretations of what emotions are.   They talk about how emotional energy is an important part of mental energy; it is the fire in mental energy according to many.   What I have discovered is emotional energy is negative, out of control energy, driven by needs to get an end result.  If we are controlled by emotions we are out of control.  People locked into emotions can not direct their energy because their mind is driven to gain control with goal oriented behavior.  Negative energy is locked into basic emotional programming. When you evaluate how the mind processes emotions then you see that emotions are driven by fear.  There is very little fire to succeed in emotions as they are following old behavior patterns locked in our Subconscious Mind’s data base from the past.

Weight Control is an Emotional Issue

Diet and exercise are not the total picture to weight control. It is a lifestyle change. Have you been on a roller coaster or a ping pong lifestyle diet with rebounds where you drop the weight and it eventually creeps back. Then do you give up because you can’t keep it off permanently. We have the answer to your dilemma. You diet and the food you eat does have an effect, yet it is not the root cause of excess weight.

Excess weight is not really a dietary problem. It is an emotional and psychological conflict in our life. We make food choices that fit our emotional needs. Feel good foods satisfy our need for love and recognition. When we feel rejected, not accepted, or recognized we will go for the high sugar foods that give us the feeling of satisfaction of meeting our need for love.

Rheumatoid Arthiritis

There are two situations that cause it. Anger and resentment and diet.
Anger and resentment cause more toxins in the body than bad diet.
It is not what you assume you are thinking and feeling, it is about what your subconscious minds data base has programmed into it that will cause the reaction.   I have brought this out in my book and we have people who read this info and discount it because they are unwilling to own up to how they really feel about it.   If you can face gthe issues we are half way there.

Unconditional Love

The major conflict we have is being provided a role model of what love is when we were a child.  Very few less that 2% of parents know what unconditional love is.   Therefore they can give it.   You can not give what you do not have.   Love is a quality which not emotion nor does it have anything to do with sex even though most people feel sex is love.

Lack of Energy

Many times it can be caused by chronic fatigue or Epstein Bar which is the common diagnosis from a medical interpretation.   What the real cause is very different when we locate the root cause.   Usually it is caused by depression about something or fear of following through on task that you feel you can’t accomplish.   So you will procrastinate which in effect stops you from following through with the task at hand.   Quite often the lack of energy is coupled with headaches which another way to keep you from accomplishing your goal.  Fear of failure will also cause lack of energy too.

What it all comes down to is not wanting to take control of your life and reclaim your personal power.   Once you get down to what the fear is and are willing to break out of the box which causes the limitations you place on yourself.   Most of us place walls in front ourselves then feel we can not get over the wall.   What is the block, limitation, or wall telling you?

Many times I find people are not sleeping well because of fear of dying programs.   Their Mind will not them transition into a deep sleep for fear they may die and never wake up. We are finding this common with 85% of the people we test for this program.   If it is present you will get proper sleep which causes fatigue and lack of energy.

If can be quiet and go into a reflective state such as in meditation, self hypnosis or just sitting quietly and asking your inner self what the block is. If you can stop the self talk you can recover the message.

Allergies

The reason desensitization doesn’t work is that most allergies are caused by a program.   A program is something that you accepted in the past.   It was locked into your subconscious mind’s file and continues to react based on the program that was installed at the time it happened.   Quite often it’s caused by something you heard of a statement somebody made or can even be a radio or television advertisement.  It can also be created by a traumatic incident some time in your life, more than likely in childhood.

Your mind is extremely literal in how it reacts.  A trigger or an activator or a catalist from this traumatic experience will activate the allergy.  To remove the allergy, we have to find the program that is driving it.   Many times this can be done with a simple affirmation, if it is just a belief. If it is attached to a traumatic experience then we have to find the participents and the triggers and catalysts. Removing the program that activated will remove the allergy.   In the past I have had direct contact with a person in a session to clear allergies, to accomplish permenent relief.

We have discovered that we can clear allergies using a cd.   A person can listen to and repeat the affirmation from the cd or one can read the affirmation from our treatment manual while looking at a picture of the thearapist.   This process is called the “witness effect”.
